Subsidy Samadhan India Private Limited was incorporated in Jaipur in May 2026 — a premier consulting firm dedicated to helping businesses unlock the full potential of Central and State Government subsidies, incentives and financial assistance schemes. It is a new company built on decades of combined, seasoned experience in banking, finance, public policy and government incentive frameworks.

Our strength lies in a multidisciplinary leadership team of experienced Chartered Accountants, banking professionals and policy experts — including CA Mukesh Goyal, Founder & Director, who spent over 22 years in business banking assets, the last of them as Zonal Head, Business Banking Division at Kotak Mahindra Bank at Senior Vice President grade, running a working capital and export finance portfolio of more than ₹6,000 crore across Rajasthan, Chandigarh, Punjab, Haryana, Madhya Pradesh and West Bengal.

The firm was set up to do one thing properly: get MSMEs, exporters and manufacturers the government incentives and bank facilities they are entitled to, with files that clear the first time — combining technical excellence, integrity and a genuine passion for empowering Indian businesses.

We are deliberately narrow

We do not do statutory audit, taxation or company secretarial work. There are firms that do those things better than we would. We do subsidy and incentive advisory, and the finance work that sits immediately next to it — working capital, export finance, project reports and banking structure.

That narrowness is the point. Incentive schemes are amended frequently, operational guidelines arrive after the policy, and the difference between a claim that clears and one that returns is usually a detail nobody told the applicant about. Keeping current on that is a full-time discipline, not a service line bolted onto a general practice.
