Founder & Director
A Fellow Chartered Accountant and seasoned banking professional with over 22 years of post-qualification experience in corporate banking, business finance and strategic advisory. Formerly Zonal Head — Business Banking Division, Kotak Mahindra Bank, at Senior Vice President grade.
For twenty years I read credit files from the bank's side. The pattern I saw most often was not fraud, and it was not a weak business. It was a sound proposal, badly assembled.
A promoter with a viable expansion and a real order book, whose application stalled on projections that did not reconcile with his own financials, a certification that arrived three weeks after the committee met, or an incentive he was entitled to and had simply never heard of. The money was available. The file was not ready.
I started Subsidy Samadhan to fix that at the source. I know what a credit officer looks for, because I was one, and I know which parts of a file get read closely and which get skimmed. That is not a marketing claim — it is just the job I did.
Mukesh Goyal is a Fellow Chartered Accountant and an accomplished, seasoned banking professional who has spent his career in business banking assets, specialising in working capital and export finance. He brings a rare blend of banking expertise, financial acumen and policy knowledge — rich experience that he now channels into helping businesses unlock growth through government incentives and structured financial solutions. His work has covered financial forecasting, market development, credit risk assessment and the design of structured facilities for mid-market and MSME borrowers.
In his last assignment he served as Zonal Head — Business Banking Division at Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited, at Senior Vice President grade. He was responsible for business growth across Rajasthan, Chandigarh, Punjab, Haryana, Madhya Pradesh and West Bengal, and managed a lending portfolio exceeding ₹6,000 crore, serving a diverse base of MSMEs, exporters and corporate clients.
That territory matters for a specific reason. Industrial promotion policy is written state by state, and a scheme that reads identically in two states is rarely administered identically. Having run credit across six of them is a working knowledge of that gap, not a theoretical one.
Mukesh is passionate about empowering MSMEs, manufacturers, exporters and startups by transforming government incentives into strategic growth opportunities — combining technical excellence, integrity and client-centric service to create lasting value for businesses across the country.
